Dental Insurance quotes for California, Part time working mom

I live in CA and I am a signal mom of one great five year old son. I work part time during the day while my son is in day care for a few hours. I have little extra money but that always goes to my sons care.
I do not have dental insurance though my son is cover under his fathers dental plan he has though work.  I would like to get an affordable dental plan. It does not have to be great just something so I can go to the dentist for my twice a year check ups. Keeping cost in mind what could you suggest.

Try looking for an HMO dental insurance plan they are great dental insurance plans for you basic dental needs. HMO dental insurance plan will normally offer low month rates that make them much more affordable to get.
